|1KG||Boneless Chicken Breast or Thigh|
|3||Cloves of Garlic|
|2 Tbsp||Canola Oil|
|2 Tsp||Chinese 5 spice|
|2 Tsp||Lemon Juice|
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add chicken to it, marinate over night. Preheat oven to 350F and transfer chicken to a baking dish and brush with marinade. Bake for about an hour or until internal temperature is 165F. Brush the chicken with marinade once or twice while it bakes. Serve and enjoy!
