Monthly Installment Invoicing

You Asked, And We Answered. In 2022, we are upgrading our billing and invoicing system to monthly installment invoicing. This update will apply to all invoice billing and autopay customers. In addition, it will not impact any prepaid customers. Instead of emailing an invoice after each visit, your program will be split-out into a monthly payment plan. This payment plan will be broken into ten equal payments for Illinois and Indiana customers from March to December. For Texas customers, we will split into 12 equal payments.

The two most significant benefits of monthly installment invoicing are planning and budgeting. First, it is easier because payments come out on the same day every month, and the amount of each invoice is the same. In addition, the entire program will be divided into equal monthly payments. Rather than having some invoices spike based on what services are applied.

Prepay and Save

As we stated already, prepay customers will not be affected. Prepaying for services is still the best and preferred choice for most customers. By prepaying for service, not only do you not need to budget and plan your payments, but you also get the best deal of the season.

Next year all Doctor Greens Very Best Treatment Plan customers will receive FREE Grub Control, FREE Turf Damaging Surface Insect Control, and FREE Fungicide. The Very Best Treatment Plan will be over $300 in savings. For those of you who may have missed the prepay deadline because you did not receive a prepaid letter or missed the email, we will still accept your prepayment before the end of the year.
